Beer Description
We began with Low Colour Maris Otter and then we went a bit crazy with hops adding Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Chinook hop resins straight to the whirlpool. We added more Citra and Mosaic pellets and then triple dry hopped with a ton of Citra and Mosaic, resulting in a dank, resiny, yet still incredibly juicy Double IPA.
