Beer Description
DinoS’mores matured for two years in both Jim Beam Double Oak and Willett Bourbon barrels. Bakers chocolate and dark chocolate cherries wafts form the nose while the beer’s long journey deep into the grains of the barrels unearthed a vanillin sweetness and a round tannin structure only to be balanced by bourbon heat as the liquid evaporates with each sip.
