Beer Description
HacheeMachee, this one is a ripper! We brewed this DIPA with lots of barley, malted wheat, and flaked oats, and decadently hopped it with Simcoe, Strata, and Chinook. You might be wise to the fact we’re completely stoked on Strata, and while we are typically in the mood for smaller more delicate beers, we’re really digging how the extra booze in this DIPA really pairs with those fruity hoppy Strata vibes. We’re getting notes of sweet homemade pineapple soda, ripe mandarin puree, orange creamsicles, cold strudel dough, mango spa days, and tropical nap time.
