Beer Description
The beer is liberally hopped with citra and mosaic on the hot side to produce a medium bitterness. The beer pours a rusty-red colour with a pronounced malt backbone and some spice from the rye.
This rye IPA is closely based on the original recipe from around 15 years ago. Using a complex malt bill of 7 malts including a good proportion of rye malt. The beer is liberally hopped with citra and mosaic on the hot side to produce a medium bitterness. The beer pours a rusty-red colour with a pronounced malt backbone and some spice from the rye.
