Beer Description
Inspired by Apres Ski in the Alps… Pilsner malt & oats provide a smooth malt body. We fermented with German Kolsch yeast for a light lager like character compared to the fuller body our ale yeast provides. Hops are Mosaic (US), Mandarina Bavaria (DE) & Hallertau Blanc (DE). Notes of orange & tangerine.
