Sultana – known to contribute huge aromatics of ripe pineapple, bright citrus + a subtle hint of pine + combine that with the fruity, bubblegum esters of our saison yeast + the result is a bright myriad of fresh juice + spicy flavors
Prism is our ongoing series created to reflect classic + experimental hop varietals through the form of dry-hopped saison
With a simple grist + blend of saison yeast strains, we created a platform for showcasing a different combination of hops
