Beer Description
The big hop bitterness is balanced nicely with a strong malt backbone, featuring the addition of Canadian honey malt which imparts some residual sweetness.
HopsMASH Double IPA is a bold and hearty brew that pours a deep golden color with a thick, white, lacing head. With hops added to the mash tun, brew kettle, and secondary fermenters there is certainly no shortage of hops in this beer. Look for tropical floral notes of citrus, grapefruit and lemon from the generous use of hops such as Simcoe and Falconer’s Flight. (9% ABV)
