DDH West Coast IPA w/ 100% El Dorado // Our good pally Alexandra from @cls_farms hand picked this lot of El Dorado for us from their Moxee based family farm and we absolutely love it! So, here’s a simple recipe of Pilsner Malt and El Dorado hops to showcase it best! We went lighter on the bitterness, doubled up the whirlpool hopping, and then double dry hopped it with all this yummy El Dorado. Flavor profile? Think Watermelon Agua Fresca, Fruity Pebbles snacks, along with a hop saturated yumminess that carries from sniff to sip.
