Dark fruit and a light citrus touch, even a hint of chicory, lead into molasses and Christmas spice courtesy of our house oyster yeast. At 11.5% abv, the Chincoteauge oysters bring this behemoth to an earthy and mineral finish, making it far too drinkable.
