Beer Description
With ardent desire comes painstaking patience. The first beer we’ll ever produce represents the extreme eagerness and enthusiasm that must be maintained while sorting through construction timelines, attorney fees, and hop contracts. This IPA bursts forward with juicy citruses, tropical fruits, melons, and pine resins from five different hops, including Galaxy and Simcoe. Just enough malt character keeps the plethora of New Zealand and American hops in balance.
