Beer Description
For this West Coast Pilsner we joined forces with the Lager Lords & Titans of American IPA from Portland, Oregon: Von Ebert Brewing. We endeavored to brew a beautifully balanced Pilsner beer that is soft, round, clean and effortlessly drinkable. Comfort in a glass. But to be clear- we had no intention of stopping there. We applied all of the hopping techniques in our play book with a carefully engineered blend of Centennial, Strata, Mosaic Cryo and Cascade. Lemon Verbena, grapefruit, pine, red berries and tropical fruit perpetually unfold and overlap in each sip. It is an irresistible blend of two brewing traditions
