This collab celebrates the hairstyle of choice for Cellarmakerís Tim Sciacia and Armisticeís Alex Zobel. Itís the kind of dry, West Coast-style hazy that weíve been loving from Cellarmaker since the early days. With Simcoe in the front (that is, on the hot side) and Nelson in the back (in the dry hop), itís that perfect combo of dankness and cool-weather white wine character. This batch leads and leans toward dank, with overripe mango and other sweet fruits rounding it out, dry, with a solid joist of bitterness for drinkability. Itís like ripping open a fresh bag of hops and letting your hair down.
