Beer Description
We took our Mexican lager, El Lote P, and fermented it with a Saison yeast in a white chardonnay oak barrel and aged it for 6 months.
We pick up on flavors and aromas of lemon and lime, peaches, peppers, slightly mild leather and a clean oak-like finish. Drinks dry and effervescent.
