Stacking coal year after year, smiling as he unwraps it. Down the staircase he goes—a private descent to decadence. As he sits atop a jet black throne, quaffing jet black beer, he says to himself, “sometimes it’s good to be bad.”
INGREDIENT SPOTLIGHT:
Layered dark malts kilned to different levels of roast, in the right ratios, combine to create the complex charred and sweet tastes in this Baltic Porter. Fermented cold; lagered for 5 weeks.
