Beer Description
We brewed this brawler of a Triple West Coast IPA with our mild mannered friends at Green
Cheek Beer Co. We hopped it with what was, even for us, a ludicrous amount of Citra, Mosaic,
Nelson and Riwaka. We are talking over 9 lbs per BBL folks! The resulting beer is so saturated with oil it bends the light in your glass. At first sniff a blast of pineapple, orange and dank leafy greens squares up and gets right in your face. Then melted creamsicles, OJ concentrate, peach syrup, nectarine flesh and gooseberry come into the conversation as you get better acquainted.
