Beer Description
We took Coal Car Imperial porter and rested it in the bosom of a #4 charred american oak whiskey barrel whose previous tennant was a stunning straight wheat whiskey courtesy of Double Circle Spirits of Wasco County. This combination creates a silky elixir boasting bold notes of cocao, dried fig and toasted caramel. A delicate hint if whiskey provides a welcoming warm finish to this decandent creation
