Beer Description
This bright IPA showcases two Neomexicanus hop varieties, Sabro and Zappa. While all other hops on the market originate from European genetics, Neomexicanus hops are unique because they evolved in the wild over thousands of years right here in North America, specifically the mountains of New Mexico. They are said to contain flavors of tropical fruit, creamy coconut, and an herbal spiciness.
