Never is the Sun is a dark, thick and rich imperial stout with flavors of bittersweet chocolate and coffee, interlaced with notes of dark fruit, such as figs and raisins. The flavor is complex…but still, decadence remains and when all is said and done, never is the sun! This version was aged on bourbon-soaked oak spirals with Samoa cookies added.
