Beer Description
We took ellipsis (double barreled) that had been aged for 15 months in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels, then transferred to maple syrup barrels that formerly contained Buffalo Trace Bourbon for another 5 months and cranked it up a notch. We laid some double barreled to rest for an additional 4 months in Laird’s Apple Brandy Barrels. Slightly sweet with notes of dark fruits, toffee and caramel apples, the hint of boozy ripe apples adds a wonderful additional layer of complexity.
