Using methods inspired by Belgian tradition, BACKACRE makes only one beer. Our sparkling sour golden ale is 100% barrel fermented and 100% bottle conditioned.
Barrel aging for over a year and careful blending of different vintages creates a balance of fruity, earthy, and tart flavors
akin to dry champagne.
