Strong notes of melon up front are followed by peach and passionfruit before a restrained bitter finishes the sip. Double dry-hopped with Galaxy and Exp 17701 hops to create a tropical, fruity flavor
For latest hazy DIPA, we used extra oat and wheat malt to create a smooth, medium-bodied beer that won’t finish too sweet.
