Beer Description
Fashioned in collaboration with Obelisk Beer Co. After fermentation, we rested Crescendo in whiskey barrels (Adrift Distilling and Pilot House Distilling barrels) for two months. This Belgian Dubbel has flavors and aromas of caramel, toffee, cherry, vanilla, oak and whiskey that build to an enjoyably smooth finish. This beer will warm your soul on a cold winter coastal day!
