Beer Description
A unique blend of locally grown craft, grain, and ingenuity – this unique beer focuses on a malt bill composed of 100% Virginia grown whiskey malt. We found local maltsters who provided us with the perfect blend of smoked and unsmoked malted barley that when combined with our Virginia mountain water and yeast, created a beer darn close to whiskey and water! Gentle Wolf has a light malt flavor and aroma with just a touch of smoke and oak.
