Beer Description
This Italian Pils is the latest offering in a series of collaborations with our friends in Wichita, Central Standard Brewing (aka CSB). Despite featuring all German ingredients (Extra Pale Weyermann Pilsner malt and Select, Mittelfruh, and Tradition hop varieties from the Hallertau region), Boogiedown qualifies as an Italian Pils due to its greater emphasis on hop flavor and aroma through dry-hopping. There’s enough bready sweet malt character to carry the substantial hop load, which contributes herbal, spicy, & citrusy notes to this crisp and clean lager. It’s summer in a glass.
