7 year anniversary collab that was a fun one we did with our friends @czigmeister and @alementary. The concept here was we all brew a Farmhouse table beer but with hop, grain, yeast varietal and secondary ingredient chosen blindly from submissions
7 year anniversary collab that was a fun one we did with our friends @czigmeister and @alementary. The concept here was we all brew a Farmhouse table beer but with hop, grain, yeast varietal and secondary ingredient chosen blindly from submissions from each brewery. So sort of like Iron Chef but with more than one ingredient chosen for you. Our luck if the draw was Briess Special Roast malt, Sorachi Ace hops, Lemon Thyme and French Saison yeast in. Ours is a classic Saison approach, dry and delicately vibrant. Some notes of dark ?, meyer ?, black pepper and lemon tea with a slight bubblegum finish.
