Wine Description
Bright, high-toned spearmint, fennel, and lime pith in a quaffable 10.5 percent alcohol package.
We’re stoked to work with a special planting of Finger Lakes’ very own homegrown grape, Cayuga White. This hybrid variety was bred at Cornell University in the early 1940s and released commercially in 1972. The fruit for “Cayuga Cayuga” comes from the very first commercial vineyard of Cayuga White, planted in 1976, and located next door to our home farm on the west side of Cayuga Lake.
