Brewed with Incognito and an irresponsible amount of Idaho-7 Lupomax, this beer was then dry hopped with more Idaho-7 and Citra and finished with a mountain of Azacca LupoMax.
The little sister to our flagship DIPA SHIfT series. Down Shift packs all the flavor intensity and hoppy goodness you love about SHIfT in a slightly more drinkable package. Verdigris is the first iteration in this series; brewed with Incognito and an irresponsible amount of Idaho-7 Lupomax, this beer was then dry hopped with more Idaho-7 and Citra and finished with a mountain of Azacca LupoMax.
