Botanical mixed fermentation saison finished on Scottish-grown licorice mint.
Clean fermented farmhouse ale aged in oak barrels for six months before finishing with dried leaves and flowers of licorice mint grown by our friends at The Veggie Patch.
Crisp, clean hay and peppery notes lead into a long finish with fruity aniseed and menthol flavours, gentle tartness and a touch of oak.
