A sour beer aged with fruit in Burgundy barrels, The Heart Desires pours a hazy yellow with a fine white head. This charming creation gives elegant grape, yeast, herbs and citrus notes which translate to soft, balanced shades of Sauvignon Blanc on the tongue.
