Beer Description
This unfiltered Kellerbier style Lager was brewed using a German Pilsner malt and Saaz and Peerle hops. The young Lager carries many of the characteristics of the German Lagers originating in Franconia and dating to the beginning of lagering in the latter half of the Middle Ages. This beer has a sweet malt taste, a creamy mouthfeel, and a slightly herbal finish.
