Inspired by our love for the tangy Mexican cocktail known for combining lime and salt, we set out to brew a tart German Gose with a refreshing margarita-inspired twist. Gose con Sandía combines sea salt and lime with the addition of juicy watermelon for a session sour ale that is subtly sweet, slightly tart, and perfectly sip-worthy. A bier for every dia!
