Beer Description
This German-style Pilsner was brewed with heirloom German barley malt and hopped in the kettle with Seitz Farm Perle, Hersbrucker, and Saphir. At the tail end of fermentation, we used a spunding valve to capture naturally occurring CO2. The beer was slowly crashed and carbonated through head pressure.
