Composed of 100% German base malts and a restrained hop bill of all Hallertau Mittelfrüh, it’s fermented on the warmer side of the Lager spectrum with a yeast derived from one of the better-known Kölsch breweries and cold conditioned for 3 weeks
Our Trendler Kölsch, a Kölsch-Style Lagerbier, is an extremely simple beer brewed in the image of the provincial beers of Cologne, Germany. Composed of 100% German base malts and a restrained hop bill of all Hallertau Mittelfrüh, it’s fermented on the warmer side of the Lager spectrum with a yeast derived from one of the better-known Kölsch breweries and cold conditioned for 3 weeks before packaging. This one has been swirling around our collective unconscious for a long time, and our staff are SUPER excited to see it become a reality. 4.8%!
