Introducing the epitome of tropical indulgence, our Tropical Session Hazy IPA: Surf Curse. We’ve carefully selected hops that truly embody the essence of the tropics: Cascade, Rakau, and Azacca. Each brings its unique character to the blend, resulting in an explosion of tantalizing aromas and delightful tastes. Cascade lends a touch of floral and citrus notes, Rakau contributes an irresistible blend of stone fruit and tropical flavors, while Azacca delivers a distinct essence of nectarine, peach, and pine. To go completely overboard we added the yeast strain, Tropics, that possesses the ability to convert free thiols into captivating aromatics reminiscent of succulent passionfruit, luscious mango, and sublime nuances of white wine grapes.
