Beer Description
This beer comes from our ADHOC series of beer. This series gives us a chance to continue to explore different flavor options. Based on a generously roasted dry stout, we used a classic lager yeast which brings a nice crisp finish and a slightly higher attenuation when compared to the ale strain we used on its base beer, Joker. So know you know the other side of the schwartz…schwarzbier.
