Beer Description
Undertone Preserves is our farmhouse ale brewed with oats and aged on double the amount of fresh fruit used in our fruited version of Undertone. The addition of oats brings out a lovely and intense citrus flavor not found in any of our other blends. We then added fresh whole fruit at a rate of about 4 lb per gallon to our oat base beer, creating an intense fruit flavor that balances with the subtleness of the oats.
