Beer Description
Our first collaboration beer with Parched Pug of Libertyville. It is a ruby red grapefruit hazy IPA. We used a combination of azacca, galaxy, riwaka, and cascade hops that add to the grapefruit characteristic along with a hefty amount of grapefruit puree. It has a beautiful ruby red color, excellent nose and flavor of grapefruit. A portion of the proceeds are going to local dog rescues.
