Beer Description
Rottach Wasserfall is the name of the waterfall south of Munich Germany. Adorned with the Munich dragon, this beer is a constant collaboration between ourselves and Dssolvr in Asheville. It’s one of my personal favorite beers and this year we brewed it with German grown barley from Southern Germany. Flavors of fresh baked bread, slight amber color, slightly toasty, and complex malty character that finishes clean and makes you want another drink.
