Beer Description
his is our limited edition ’thiolized’ Soft IPA brewed with freshly harvested Vermont grown Chinook hop flowers. We used a technique called Mash Hopping where the fresh hop flowers are put into the pre-boil stage of brewing. This technique boosts thiol precursors which can be ‘unlocked’ from their bound state using a ’thiolized’ yeast strain that has been specially developed for the task. The result is probably our most aromatic Soft IPA yet. Notes of grapefruit, passion fruit & guava. Only available during the season and a true celebration of the 2023 harvest. I can’t wait for you and your customers to try it.
