Beer Description
A dark lager brewed during the fall for those dark and cold days up ahead in the winter. We used chocolate malts, midnight wheat, carafa special III and a hint of smoked malts. Look for a crisp lager taste with hints of roast, chocolate and just a touch of smoke. Like all of our lagers, this was lagered for 30 days after fermentation.
