Beer Description
Our Imperial Stout was made back in March 2020, during the
Pandemic. It was allowed 8 weeks to mature before being
transferred to Family Jones Rye Whiskey barrels to condition for 18 additional months. The Beer was then extracted from the barrels and blended with aged and new beer to create rich and complex stout perfect for the colder months.
