Beer Description
It is based on our Bersalis Tripel fermented once on stainless steel, and now fermented a second time spontaneously on wooden barrels, mainly by Pediococcus and Brettanomyces. The Bersalis Barrel Reserve matures for at least 18 months on small and big barrels and is blended to the taste of the brewmaster.
