Beer Description
Tmavé 10° is the latest collaboration brewed with our brothers from Philly, Human Robot Beer. We were especially honored to have Andrew, Human Robot’s Head Brewer, join us in Littleton to brew this Czech-style dark lager (Tmavé Pivo) with us.
Tmavé 10° features floor malted Czech pilsner malt, Munich malt, and select specialty roasted malts. The result, after 8 weeks of horizontal lagering, is a nuanced and sublimily drinkable 3.9% abv dark lager.
Tmavé 10° pours a chestnut brown with hues of burnt amber at the edge of the glass, capped with an off-white head. Cocoa nibs, light molasses, and freshly baked spice bread linger on the nose. Walnuts, baker’s chocolate, and subtle dark fruit notes carry through to a smooth finish.
