Wheat+Verjus+Sabro+Cashmere+El Dorado= “Verjus Sour”
Bevy’s Chief Fermentation Officer has been planning this creation for years. Like many of the brews from Bevy… this beer combines the CFO’s passion for beer and wine. Wisconsin grapes were harvested early, pressed to produce Verjus (or “green juice”) and fermented with a wheat forward brew. Mildly acidic with notes of green grapes, tropical fruits, and beer!
