A throwback, historical ale brewed when English IPAs were hopped up to last the long voyage from England to Colonial troops in India, using English malts.
English IPA brewed with British Malt Simpsons, British Yeast, UK East Kent Goldings & UK Admiral Hops – and American Formulation. Blackheart English India Pale Ale is a throw back historical ale brewed when English I.P.A.s were hopped up to last the long voyage from England to colonial troops in India. Using English malts, English hops, English yeast and aged slightly in oak for a 19th century taste. Amazing artwork greatley contributed by Tim Lehi & Jeff Rassier.
