Beer Description
Our Wet Hop IPA is bright and hoppy with notes of lemon lime and subtle tropical fruit dominating the flavor and aroma, from the 200 lbs of Cashmere hops added to the fresh wort.
This year’s Wet Hop IPA features 200 pounds of citrusy and tropical Cashmere hops. The whole hop cone addition lends a unique, fresh, grassy note to a beer that’s only available for a few weeks at hop harvest time. Our Wet Hop IPA is bright and hoppy with notes of lemon, lime, and tropical fruit dominating the flavor and aroma. There is a nice malty backbone along with a balancing bitterness making this once a year brew truly unique, and hard to put down.
