Beer Description
In January 2020, we made a Red Raspberry Ale, that was conditioned in spent whiskey barrels with our house wild yeast strain. For two years, the beer developed and fermented in the barrels, until January 2022, when it was extracted. The beer was then blended with a small amount of Raspberry Quad that was made in early 2019. This blend of 2-year and 3-year-old beers brings the perfect synergy of mouthfeel, balance, and flavor. Notes of raspberry, oak, vanilla, wild funk, and caramels.
