Beer Description
Golden Stout with coffee, chocolate, raspberry, and vanilla.
This fun brew is the brainchild of our cellarman extraordinaire, Robert. As a Golden Stout, the brew uses Maris Otter malt, Light Caramel malt, and Flaked Oats to created a complex malt profile closer to a stout, while maintaining a lighter golden color. Adding to the malt characteristic, the beer was conditioned on cacao nibs and Fuego coffee beans to deepen the flavors of chocolate and roast that one would normally find in a stout. For a fruity dessert twist, the brew was also conditioned on raspberry puree and Madagascar vanilla beans!
