Nose: Very floral, apple and pear with hints of lime zest and the forest
Palate: Acid and spice, lemon, vanilla, orange. A touch of bitterness on the finish.

Blend: Harrison 46%, Baldwin 46%, Karmijn de Sonneville, Newtown Pippin.
