Beer Description
August and September is harvest time for hops in the Northern Hemisphere, and we happen to have our own commercial hop farm right here in the Pioneer Valley – Four Star Farms in Northfield. We’ve taken our flagship beer – The IPA – and replaced our typical whirlpool hops with freshly picked Centennial hops from Four Star. We then changed our normal “dry hop” for a freshly picked Crystal “wet hop”. To up the local factor, we brewed this ale with specialty malts from our friends at Valley Malt in Hadley. Drink fresh and enjoy!
